Hotel Tex - Rome

Being just a short walk from Roma Termini made it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly, always offering helpful recommendations.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

My 2 nights in Rome were fine! They served delicious coffee, tea, croissants, cereal, and fruit. It was based in very good building in a marvellous location, in the centre of Rome.

Booked this for our trip and it met the needs. The breakfast was adequate and satisfactory, the staff was pleasant, the grounds were fairly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed croissants, cereal, and fruit. The location was magnificent and nice, very close to a railway station.

Spacious rooms with a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Reasonable proximity to major sites made it easy to plan outings.

Noise from the street kept me up at night, especially with the AC restricted due to local laws. Hot water supply fluctuated during showers and the hair dryer was out of service. Check-in felt outdated with a paper register, and moving luggage up the stairs was a hassle. Cleanliness in the lobby and corridors left something to be desired.

That hotel was in a marvellous and incredible location, in the centre of Rome. There was very-very nice staff and the service was nice. The breakfast food including coffee, tea, croissants, cereals and fruit was excellent.

The continental breakfast was good and the staff attempted to be helpful after we got pickpocketed on the subway. The hotels should advocate for the city of Rome to post warnings that are very visible in the Termini. That would have saved us a lot of grief.

The street noise prevented me from sleeping but we were expecting that and is no fault of the hotel.I realize it's Rome but the room was way over priced.

Location is great. Enjoy chocolate croissants for breakfast!

The staff are friendly, helping us navigate Rome with ease. The location made sightseeing so accessible and breakfast included good chocolate croissants each morning.

Location near Termini is convenient, though the surrounding area has a less desirable atmosphere. While the room was small, it was clean and the receptionist spoke excellent English. Breakfast was decent, but the shower was quite cramped. A suitable option for budget travelers.

The location is quite handy as the hotel is by the train station but Termini is packed with hotels and there are definitely better hotels close by.

There is not internet connection. The breakfast is rich but of poor quality.

The location was good and fantastic, overlooking city. The hotel was in a central area. The food was great, included croissants, cereals and fruit.

Reasonable value but rooms very small

The double room was clean and cozy, I loved having a fridge. Plus, being so close to the train station was super convenient!
